What it is
Published Spring 2025 by MIT Mission Innovation X. The paper synthesizes insights from MIT's Dual-Use Ventures program, where entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, academics, and defense professionals examined how public-private partnerships can serve both national security and commercial innovation. It was collaboratively authored by volunteers from the DUV25 cohort; Jonathan B. Miller served as Coordinating Lead Author. It is written for founders in tough tech sectors and covers non-dilutive government funding, regulatory adaptation, and long-term commercial viability. It is the first in a series continued by the 2026 Dual-Use Horizon Report.
Verification
